تَجۡرِي بِأَعۡيُنِنَا جَزَآءٗ لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ ١٤
Tajrī Bi'a`yuninā Jazā'an Liman Kāna Kufira

Sailing under Our observation as reward for he who had been denied.
