53rd Ayah from Surah Al Qamar
وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٖ وَكَبِيرٖ مُّسۡتَطَرٌ ٥٣
Wa Kullu Şaghīrin Wa Kabīrin Mustaţarun
Sahih International
And every small and great [thing] is inscribed.
