43rd Ayah from Surah Ibrahim

مُهۡطِعِينَ مُقۡنِعِي رُءُوسِهِمۡ لَا يَرۡتَدُّ إِلَيۡهِمۡ طَرۡفُهُمۡۖ وَأَفۡـِٔدَتُهُمۡ هَوَآءٞ ٤٣
Muhţi`īna Muqni`ī Ru'ūsihim Lā Yartaddu 'Ilayhim Ţarfuhum  ۖ  Wa 'Af'idatuhum Hawā'un

Sahih International

Racing ahead, their heads raised up, their glance does not come back to them, and their hearts are void.

They will rush forward, craning their necks, unable to divert their eyes, a gaping void in their hearts.

(They will be) hastening forward with necks outstretched, their heads raised up (towards the sky), their gaze returning not towards them and their hearts empty (from thinking because of extreme fear).
