17th Ayah from Surah Al An'am

وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرّٖ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ بِخَيۡرٖ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ ١٧
Wa 'In Yamsaska Al-Lahu Biđurrin Falā Kāshifa Lahu 'Illā Huwa  ۖ  Wa 'In Yamsaska Bikhayrin Fahuwa `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun

Sahih International

And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent.

Abdul Haleem

If God touches you [Prophet] with affliction, no one can remove it except Him, and if He touches you with good, He has power over all things:

And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things.

If Allah causes you harm, there is no one to remove it except He Himself; and if He causes you good, then He is powerful over everything.

If Allah touch thee with affliction, there is none that can relieve therefrom save Him, and if He touch thee with good fortune (there is none that can impair it); for He is Able to do all things.
