فِي مَقۡعَدِ صِدۡقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٖ مُّقۡتَدِرِۭ ٥٥
Fī Maq`adi Şidqin `Inda Malīkin Muqtadirin

In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability.
