29th Ayah from Surah As Saffat
قَالُواْ بَل لَّمۡ تَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ ٢٩
Qālū Bal Lam Takūnū Mu'uminīna

The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers,
