56th Ayah from Surah Yunus
هُوَ يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ ٥٦
Huwa Yuĥyī Wa Yumītu Wa 'Ilayhi Turja`ūna

He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned
