117th Ayah from Surah Hud

وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ ١١٧
Wa Mā Kāna Rabbuka Liyuhlika Al-Qurá Bižulmin Wa 'Ahluhā Muşliĥūna

Sahih International

And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.

Your Lord would not destroy any town without cause if its people were acting righteously.
