مَّا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ ٥
Mā Tasbiqu Min 'Ummatin 'Ajalahā Wa Mā Yasta'khirūna

No nation will precede its term, nor will they remain thereafter.
