قَالَ لِمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسۡتَمِعُونَ ٢٥
Qāla Liman Ĥawlahu 'Alā Tastami`ūna

[Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear?"
