12th Ayah from Surah Ar Rum
وَيَوۡمَ تَقُومُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ يُبۡلِسُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ ١٢
Wa Yawma Taqūmu As-Sā`atu Yublisu Al-Mujrimūna

And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will be in despair.
