74th Ayah from Surah Al 'Imran
يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ ٧٤
Yakhtaşşu Biraĥmatihi Man Yashā'u Wa ۗ Allāhu Dhū Al-Fađli Al-`Ažīmi
Sahih International
He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.

and He singles out for His mercy whoever He will. His grace is infinite.’
