فَسَجَدَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمۡ أَجۡمَعُونَ ٧٣

Fasajada Al-Malā'ikatu Kulluhum 'Ajma`ūna

So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely.
