54th Ayah from Surah Az Zukhruf
فَٱسۡتَخَفَّ قَوۡمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُۚ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَوۡمٗا فَٰسِقِينَ ٥٤
Fāstakhaffa Qawmahu Fa'aţā`ūhu ۚ 'Innahum Kānū Qawmāan Fāsiqīna
Sahih International
So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allah ].

In this way he moved his people to accept and they obeyed him- they were perverse people.

Thus he [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] befooled and misled his people, and they obeyed him. Verily, they were ever a people who were Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
