49th Ayah from Surah Al Qamar
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٖ ٤٩
'Innā Kulla Shay'in Khalaqnāhu Biqadarin

Indeed, all things We created with predestination.
