13th Ayah from Surah Al Buruj
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ ١٣
'Innahu Huwa Yubdi'u Wa Yu`īdu

Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.
