70th Ayah from Surah Ya Sin

لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيّٗا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ ٧٠
Liyundhira Man Kāna Ĥayyāan Wa Yaĥiqqa Al-Qawlu `Alá Al-Kāfirīna

Sahih International

To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers.

Abdul Haleem

This is a revelation, an illuminating Quran to warn anyone who is truly alive, so that God’s verdict may be passed against the disbelievers.

Mohsin Khan/Hilali

That he or it (Muhammad SAW or the Quran) may give warning to him who is living (a healthy minded the believer), and that Word (charge) may be justified against the disbelievers (dead, as they reject the warnings).

so that it may warn him who is alive (to listen to the truth), and so that the word may prove true against the disbelievers.

To warn whosoever liveth, and that the word may be fulfilled against the disbelievers.
