18th Ayah from Surah Al Fajr
وَلَا تَحَٰٓضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ ١٨
Wa Lā Taĥāđđūna `Alá Ţa`āmi Al-Miskīni

And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.
